The Florida Department of Health in Escambia County has rescinded the air quality health advisory near the Rolling Hills Construction and Demolition Landfill. That action was taken after Escambia County crews extinguished a fire on the property and smoke is no longer present.  The fire started Sunday, February 12th and has burned several acres of the landfill. County staff does not believe it poses any health risks.
