SHALIMAR MURDER INDICTMENT SOUGHT

State Attorney Bill Eddins said he will an indictment from a grand jury for a first-degree murder charge for the Shalimar woman who is charged with shooting her husband on November 10th and then hiding his duct-taped body in a wall she made in a closet inside their home. Okaloosa County Sheriff’s deputies discovered the body of Alfred Wozniak on November 16, nearly a week later. Barbara Wozniak was initially charged with tampering with evidence while deputies investigated claims of self-defense. Eddins said he expects to bring the case to a grand jury in the next three weeks.
