The budget dispute Escambia County Sheriff David Morgan and Escambia County Commissioners maybe resolved. County Commission Board Chairman Jeff Bergosh told WCOA yesterday that the two sides  are mediating in private to find an informal solution to the budget impasse. Commissioner Bergosh said there may be a decision by Thursday.
