A man and woman believed wanted for an armed carjacking in Pensacola two weeks ago have been captured in Mississippi. Lessie Proctor and Annastasia Coenen are suspects of an armed carjacking near the Tryon Branch Library on Langley Avenue when they stole the elderly woman’s car and headed to the Miami-area, where police said the duo committed more robberies and eluded officers after several high-speed chases. They were arrested by the Kosciusko Mississippi Police Department after a traffic crash. Coenen was injured and was transported to a hospital in Jackson. Proctor was captured after a short foot pursuit. He is facing charges in Mississippi and Florida.
