The Medical Examiner’s Office says a Georgia teenagers fall from a 17th-floor balcony Friday night has been ruled a suicide. The Panama City Beach Police Department said the 16-year-old was staying at Emerald Isle Condominiums with his older sister, father and family friend. He fell around 11pm and was pronounced dead at the scene by Emergency Service personnel.
