The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Department said no one was injured after a plane had to make a hard landing at Bob Sikes Airport in Crestview yesterday. The Sheriff’s Office said the pilot was the only person on the twin-engine plane that made a belly landing after the landing gear failed to fully extend. There was no fire and the cause of the malfunction has not yet been released.
