The Pensacola Police Department says the Black Lives Matter protester who was carried across the Pensacola Bay Bridge on the hood of an SUV back on June the 7th, has been arrested. State Attorney Bill Eddins says a shooting by a Milton Police Department officer on March 2nd has been ruled justifiable.
