Pensacola Police have arrested a Washington High School teacher for soliciting a student to send him an inappropriate video. 31-year-old Mark Lua is charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child  after convincing a student to send an inappropriate video of herself to him. MID-BAY BRIDGE REOPENS

The Mid-Bay Bridge has partially reopened after being closed for a week after a routine inspection revealed problems with the post-tensioning steel cables installed along the length of the span.
