CONTAMINATED TAQUITOS

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service, says 2.5 million pounds of taquitos have been recalled for possible salmonella and listeria contamination. SANTA ROSA DEPUTY-INVOLVED SHOOTING

The Santa Rosa Sheriff’s Office says a deputy responding to a disturbance call Saturday morning in North Santa Rosa County, shot a man who threatened him with a crossbow. 26-year-old Glenn  Phillips, reportedly pointed a crossbow at a deputy, who shot him in the shoulder. ESCAMBIA COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR RETIRING

SEXUAL ASSAULT ARREST

A 27-year-old Pensacola man was arrested on sexual assault charges for inappropriately touching two underage girls.
