An Ohio businessman convicted of defrauding Newpoint charter schools out of hundreds of thousands of dollars in public funds will be sentenced Friday. The Florida Highway Patrol says a Santa Rosa Beach motorcyclist was critically injured after he hit a buzzard. MOBILE COUNTY DEPUTY INVESTIGATED
