The Florida Public Service Commission will begin a multi-day hearing on Gulf Power’s request for a base-rate increase. $106.8 million. TEACHER ARRESTED 3-20-17

The Escambia County Sheriff’s Department says a Warrington Elementary School teacher has been arrested and charged with cruelty towards a child for punching a student.
