Santa Rosa County Sheriff Bob Johnson said investigators believe a body found in a shallow grave at private residence on Highway 4 in Jay on Sunday are the remains of Felecia Kuswandy, a 38-year-old woman reported missing on May 28th. WINNING FANTASY 5 TICKET SOLD IN CENTURY

The Florida Lottery Commission says a winning Fantasy Five ticket worth $38,766.98 and purchased in Century earlier this month was sold to a Brewton, Alabama man. Timothy L. COURT REJECTS DEER-DOG HUNTING CASE

The Florida Supreme Court has declined to take up a lawsuit aimed at eliminating using dogs to hunt on property around the Blackwater Wildlife Management Area. BODY OF MISSING WOMAN FOUND

The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office has positively identified a body found in the Escambia River December 9th in Santa Rosa County about a mile south of the Terrell’s Landing boat ramp. A fugitive from Ohio has been arrested in Northwest Florida.
