NAVARRE BEACH LIFEGUARDS

Navarre Beach Fire Rescue has announced it will partner with Santa Rosa County to provide lifeguard services for the 2019 season. The county’s water department previously provided the service. The Gulf County Sheriff’s Office says a late-night traffic stop ended with deputies seizing more than a million dollars in cash and narcotics. The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office says a 27-year-old Cantonment man was arrested after he was found with dozens of driver’s licenses in his possession. The Florida Highway Patrol has identified the Jay woman who was killed in a traffic crash at Highway 29 and State Road 97, Tuesday night.
