Police have arrested a 20-year-old Pensacola man for helping the suspect in a fatal hit-and-run evade law enforcement. The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office has charged a former taxi cab operator with an open count of murder for the weekend death of an Uber driver on Okaloosa Island. 29-year-old Filip Kirilov was found dead inside his van Sunday morning in the intersection of Nautilus Court and Porpoise Street.
