A 39-year-old transgender Century Correctional Institution inmate is suing the Florida Department of Corrections claiming she was stripped naked and ridiculed for having breasts. Gas prices in Florida declined nearly six cents last week. The state average of $2.80 per gallon is the lowest daily price since early May, according to the Triple A Auto Club.
