The Florida Highway Patrol says a 31-year-old North Escambia County man was killed Monday night in a vehicle crash on Pine Forest Road about a mile off Highway 97. PANAMA CITY PROPANE EXPLOSION

The Bay County Sheriff’s Office said an accidental propane explosion at Schooners restaurant on Sunday injured five people during the restaurant’s annual Lobster Festival.
