BAY COUNTY SHOOTING INVESTIGATION

A quadruple shooting Thursday in Bay County remains under investigation. Panama City Police have declined to identify the victims, but say one victim was pronounced dead on scene, while three others were transported with life-threatening injuries. UNPAID AMBULANCE BILLS

The Escambia County Commission has voted to write off 5.9 million dollars in uncollected fees for its ambulance service. The 12,760 accounts go back to 2005.
