FISH HATCHERY LAWSUIT DISMISSED

SEAFOOD THIEF HIT BY VEHICLE

The Pensacola Police Department says a man who stole $300 worth of seafood from Joe Patti’s and then ran from employees, was hit by a vehicle yesterday evening. Port St. Joe city commissioners have terminated their city attorney after he was arrested on battery and felony burglary charges. Okaloosa and Walton County sheriff’s offices said they made significantly fewer arrests this spring break than in years past. BAY COUNTY POWER OUTAGE

Jeff Rogers, a spokesman for Gulf Power, said more than 11,000 customers in Bay County lost power just before 11 a.m. yesterday after a bird got into Gulf Power’s substation in Parker.
