A former Jim C. Bailey Middle School teacher has been arrested in Montana for killing his wife. The Escambia County Jail had a water problem last night. Escambia County Spokeswoman Joy Tsubooka said earlier on Wednesday an employee of the Escambia County Jail noticed low water pressure at the jail. DESTIN ALCOHOL SALES

The Destin City Council has voted to approve the first reading of an ordinance that would remove Sunday restrictions on the sale of alcoholic beverages.
