The Destin City Council has voted to approve the first reading of an ordinance that would remove Sunday restrictions on the sale of alcoholic beverages. A 64-year-old Gulf Breeze man will be honored for saving a woman from her burning home last year. David Hammond saved 47-year-old Stephanie Wright on July 28th, 2016.
