NEW NAVY TRAINING HELICOPTER

An Italian helicopter company will provide the Navy with 32 new training helicopters to be based at Naval Air Station Whiting Field in Milton. OKALOOSA COUNTY CAR CHASE

The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office says an early morning car chase ended when the fleeing vehicle crashed into a portable toilet and the driver was arrested. BANK ROBBER ARRESTED

The man accused of robbing the Synovus Bank at Nine Mile Road and University Parkway last Tuesday, has been arrested. 57-year-old Timothy Langford gave the teller a note demanding money and left with an undisclosed amount of cash. The Florida Highway patrol said a 63-year-old bicyclist was killed when he was hit by two vehicles in Santa Rosa County.
