OKALOOSA COUNTY NARCOTICS ARREST

The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office says a man was arrested after he robbed another man for refusing to buy narcotics from him. The victim told deputies he knew Alvin Williams personally from previous narcotics transactions.
